All staff and students must complete an NMR OHS induction program before commencing work of any type in the NMR Facility. The NMR OHS induction program is held in the NMR Facility by Dr Adelle Amoore, room B43, NMR Facility at 11am on Tuesday appointments NOT necessary. There are 4 Steps that must be completed prior to attending the induction program.

Register your details with the NMR Facility, please visit the NMR Facility Booking System (as shown below) and press " To Register".

Please download the Safety in the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Facility and COMPLETE:

• Page 1 - MUST be signed by your supervisor,
• Pages 6 - 8 the quiz MUST be attempted or completed PRIOR to attending the OHS induction on Tuesday at 11am.

Return pages 1, 6-9 ONLY in person to Dr Adelle Amoore, room B43, NMR Facility at 11am on Tuesday (forms are ONLY collected for processing at the END of your OHS induction).

In 2013, a monthly registration fee of $12 will be automatically charged to your supervisor after the completion of your OHS induction when you use the NMR Facility.
