Bruker Avance III 600
Used largely for:
- structural investigations of bio-macromolecules,
- QNMR of agrochemicals
- impurity profiling of pharmaceuticals
- drug-DNA interactions and
- rare organometallic species.
It is also equipped with:
- BBFO, QNP and TBI 5mm probes, capable of preforming triple resonance experiments with z-gradients.
- BCU-X unit (to -50 C) and liquid nitrogen transfer line (to -100 C) for variable temperature (VT) experiments,
- B-ACS 60, automatic 60 bay sample changer.
